Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are shipped every Thursday via USPS Priority Mail.
  • The order cutoff time is Wednesday at 12:00 PM (Noon, CST).
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following Thursday.

Shipping Method & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Brightside Coffee Bar - No Return Policy for Online Bean Box Purchases

At Brightside Coffee Bar, we take pride in providing the highest quality Colombian coffee beans, carefully selected and freshly packaged for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, all bean box purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

No Returns or Exchanges
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee bean purchases made through our online store.
  • Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
